Future of Work

Meer dan de helft van de Nederlandse werknemers vindt bijscholing noodzakelijk om relevant te blijven in hun carrière. Dat blijkt uit het Future of Work onderzoek dat ServiceNow uitvoerde. 72% verwacht dat bezit van digitale skills voordeel oplevert voor hun carrière. Het merendeel van de werknemers is van mening dat de werkgever verantwoordelijk is voor het ontwikkelen van digitale vaardigheden van medewerkers. Ik denk is dat het tijd is voor actie, er bestaat een grote kloof tussen de vereiste vaardigheden en de inhoud van veel opleidingscurricula. Een derde van de medewerkers vindt dat de opleiding hun niet voldoende heeft voorbereid op de dagelijkse realiteit van werk. Wat vind jij, heeft jouw opleiding je goed voorbereid op je werk?
